Postcards from Mallorca
How has it been three weeks since my days were full of nothing but sun, sea and sangria? It's amazing how quickly a holiday fades - my memories of Mallorca are already turning stale and I'm looking ahead to a few weeks of travelling around the UK and a holiday to Puglia only two months away. There's nothing like returning from a holiday to encourage booking your next adventure.
I don't have that many recommendations for Mallorca, other than staying in Cala Figuera, hiring a boat for the day and successfully avoiding anything to do with 18-30's holidays and hen do's. I was debating whether or not such a relaxing but uneventful trip warranted another blog post, but I still have so many photos to share that I decided to do it. Consider this then, a 'postcard' from Mallorca, rather than my usual journal entry or travel guide. A few short words letting those back home know that I'm doing well, soaking up the sun, gazing at views and eating far too much food for a bikini holiday - and then an explosion of photographs, demonstrating my point. Seriously though, if you're thinking of visiting Mallorca, get in touch, I'd love to chat and to try to convince skeptics to give this beautiful island a chance.
